Bcl3 downregulates NF-ĸB translational complex activity by interacting with the p50 subunit [107,108], whereas SHIP1 directly inhibits TRAF6 (Fig. 4) and the subsequent cascade [109]. STAT3 also impairs the activity of miR-155, a suppressor of SHIP-1 [110].
