Age-dependent changes in rat liver microsomal and mitochondrial NADPH-dependent lipid peroxidation

Abstract

NADPH-dependent lipid peroxidation was measured in foetal, neonatal, 6 month old and 26 month old rat liver microsomal and mitochondrial fractions, and shown to increase substantially with age in both fractions.
