    Clear pooling of saliva in the neopharynx due to significant esophageal stenosis in a 65-year-old male patient who received a laryngectomy, bilateral neck dissection and adjuvant radiotherapy for laryngeal cancer in 1982. He suffered from hypersalivation after a tongue base cancer in 2008, followed by primary radiochemotherapy.
